Player report August 2011

Petter Petersson PLO200

Petter couldn't have started his time in prostaker in a better way! He totally crushed the omaha games on Heypoker. He played very many hands and won over 60 buyins and for that he gets rewarded with PRO OF THE MONTH. Our omaha coach Fredrik should also get some credit here. He has helped Petter to better understand how the opponents think on this level and got rid of some minor leaks in Petters game. Petter will keep playing PLO200 next month and we hope he can continue in the same pace as he has started.

Peter Andersson NL100

Peter took the step up to NL100 this month and directly booked a win. Peter is a hard worker and very responsive on the coaching sessions. This month has been a bit up and down but he's working hard to get his red line(non showdown winnings) to shoot through the roof. Peter will continue to fight against Stefan and the other players on NL100 next month. If he learns his lessons from this month's play I think e will win even more in september. 

Anders Giselsson PLO200

Anders started the month late and rough. Anders joined Prostaker becasuse of his problems with bankroll management and tilt controll. We have established that we got a lot to work with. Next month he will start his coaching with Fredrik and we hope that this will help him with all the elements of his game. 

Johan Wehle NL400

Johan advanced to NL400 this month. He started out really well but he felt a clear difference in the game compared to NL200. After some variance and some important lessons learnd he finished the month on NL200. As usual after the month Johan was in the black. Johan is very good at putting in a lot of volume and he keeps being the most consistent player in our team. Next month Johan will start out with a new coach and  I think this coach can take his game to the next level.

Stefan Söderström NL100

Stefan has had a rough month. But through hard work and dedication he ended the month with a couple of buyins up. Stefan has played NL100 for a while without really improving on his game. Now Stefan has divided his time between playing and studying better and it has already started to show in his profits. Stefan made his first voluntary EV- calculation this month wich I see as a huge leap forward. He still got a lot to work on with his game but the future now look much brighter.

Christoffer Lager MTT

This was Christoffers first month as a Prostaker member and he to started out really well. Christoffer played most of his tournaments on Entraction where he has played a lot before. He managed to qualify to EMOP Barcelona along with some other small cashes. It took a while for Christoffer to get to know the new client on Heypoker. When he finally could play more than 4 tables the results started to drop in. No big wins but a lot of cashes resulted in a good profit.  

Martin Rask NL100

Martins month has been a real roller coaster. He first lost a couple of buyins, then turned it to a couple up but some bad run at the end made this month to loosing month. Martin has played a considerable amount of hands and has really showed that he got the heart and commitment. Next month Martin will polish some details in his game and keep working hard. Martin is just a little bit of confidence, some run good and some minor changes away from crushing the games on Entraction.
